Welcome to Autostadt! You’ll be entering Autostadt through the Piazza, the entrance to our automotive theme park. Go and check yourself in at the WelcomeDesk. From here, an escalator next to the entrance to the Lagune restaurant will take you up towards AbholerWelt.

We’d ask you to arrive at least an hour and a half before collection time. This will allow us to check your paperwork and finalise your day at Autostadt with you. We will also give you your day tickets, tokens for the shops at Autostadt, and a premium discount for Autostadt restaurants.

Excited? Full of anticipation? Understandable! We will also provide you with a BoardingCard to help you keep on top of things. The BoardingCard has your schedule for the day including picking up your new car. You’re also free to send us the paperwork in digital form before the day, but we’d still ask you to be at AbholerWelt an hour and a half before your collection appointment.
