Before you see your new vehicle for the first time, a moving platform system will carry it down one of the two twenty-storey towers, through an underground tunnel, and into the Customer Centre.

If you weren’t excited before, you will be now! You will need to check in at the market square reception just before your collection appointment. You might like to go on a discovery tour around the Customer Centre or just revel in anticipation in our comfy waiting lounge.

Your personal customer care specialist will be waiting for you to accompany you to your new vehicle. This is it! Take your time to familiarise yourself with the most important functions and take a seat in the car. How does it feel to you? You can take it out for a spin for the first time.

Parking and Charging

You can still explore Autostadt in your own time after picking up your new car. Parking is free, and so is charging if it’s an EV you’ve bought. There are charging stations at the Ausfahrt attraction or on the ServiceHaus parking area.
