Enjoy the aromas of fire and salt in an extraordinary combination at BEEF CLUB! Fire & Salt – this is where we celebrate the art of barbecuing. Join us on a culinary tour back to the origins of cooking. We’ll obviously be refining all the dishes at the BEEF CLUB with fire and salt. And of course we’ll only be serving meat, fish, vegetables, and herbs of organic or Demeter quality, preferably from local suppliers, on the wood grill we designed ourselves – and you decide what salt we’ll use for seasoning. Local beechwood gives the barbecue that perfect aroma. We carefully select materials such as fired clay bricks, steel from the blast furnace, and surfaces refined with salt to create that special atmosphere. This will turn your meal at BEEF CLUB into a sensual experience.
