Opening Event with the Figlmüller Family on August 20

For the exclusive “Lagune x Figlmüller” opening event, this traditional establishment is bringing its passion for authentic culinary culture and modern street food to the Lagune restaurant for the first time. Look forward to a culinary journey through the world of Figlmüller Vienna. Live cooking stations, select beverages, and personal encounters with the Figlmüller family will make the evening a special experience. Discover firsthand what makes a perfect schnitzel and why Figlmüller has been regarded as an ambassador of Austrian culinary culture for generations.

The menu will feature Figlmüller classics such as the Backhendl Bowl, Viennese veal schnitzel with butter, spinach dumplings, Kaiserschmarrn, and apple strudel. These will be paired with select drinks—including the Figlmüller Negroni and a highball with apricot liqueur.
