Bill Haley's Comets

Come and join us as we celebrate seventy years of rock ‘n’ roll – specifically, the hundredth birthday of the rock ‘n’ roll inventor himself – Bill Haley. Bill Haley’s Comets will be performing on the Lagunen Stage on Wednesday, 30 July as part of their 100 Jahre Bill Haley - Jubiläumstournee 2025 anniversary tour – a musical journey through Bill Haley’s life along the major milestones in his career. A brilliant musical firework display awaits with original rock ‘n’ roll in a fresh, invigorating interpretation.

We’ll also be seeing a return of Bill Haley’s original guitarist Bill Turner and the Comets’ original steel guitarist Pete Davenport, who will also be on stage. Bill Haley’s Comets have been keeping Bill Haley’s music alive in its original 1950s style with original instruments, fantastic stage outfits, and the absolute American showbiz experience.

Special Guest: Peter Kraus

One of the first and most successful German rock 'n' roll stars will be visiting our summer festival and performing live on stage for you on July 30: Peter Kraus will make a guest appearance with Bill Haley’s Comets to celebrate the 100th birthday of rock 'n' roll legend Bill Haley, presenting his favorite rock 'n' roll classics.
