Travel companions

On the highlight area on the ground floor of the pavilion we are currently showing you an Amarok Aventura (fuel consumption in l/100 km: combined 10.4 - 10.2; CO2 emissions in g/km: combined 272 - 266) in Mid Blue Metallic marks the top in the premium segment of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

A few meters further you can explore a Multivan e-Hybrid (combined fuel consumption 8.8 - 9.8 l/100km, CO2 emissions 199 - 221g/km) in candy white with a black roof and you can take a closer look at ID. Buzz Pro (combined power consumption: 20.9 kWh/100 km and combined CO₂ emissions: 0 g/km).  If you need more space in your vehicle, the Grand California 680 (combined fuel consumption: 10.8 l/100km and combined CO₂ emissions: 283 g/km) is ideal. Take a look, we'd be happy to show you the interior.

If you are looking for a modern commercial van with an electric drive that is suitable for long distances and has sufficient cargo space, you will find what you are looking for in our “Future Lounge” in the pavilion. There is an ID there. Buzz Cargo (electricity consumption in kWh/100 km: combined 22.5–20.3; CO2 emissions in g/km: combined 0) in Candy White / Starlight Blue metallic.

When you come up the stairs, you will meet potential travel companions for your next road trip in our lifestyle area: including a California Ocean in Fortana Red Metallic, a Caddy California in Costa Azul Metallic and - to reminisce about - a T2 Camper - an original from a music legend Pete Townshend, music pioneer and guitarist of the band The Who.

120° photo shoot opportunity

Drop by the Pavilion and have your photograph taken in a current model with a 120-degree photo shooter, just like in a professional photography studio. You are welcome to take a printout of the photo home with you as a souvenir.

Response Test with Brake Assist

Visitors to the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Pavilion can now learn all about the brake assist system, one of the many driver assist systems in our vehicles. The aim of the response test is to brake as quickly as possible. To participate, simply take a seat in front of two LED bars, which each have a round LED dot on top, and put your hands on the steering wheel and your feet on the accelerator and brake pedals. When you press the accelerator pedal, the LED bar fills up and the round LEDs light up green. As soon as they change to red, apply the brakes as quickly as possible. Your response time is measured and compared with the response time of the brake assist system. Who is faster – you or the brake assist?
