May at the Lagune restaurant is all about asparagus harvested fresh from the fields at the Wöhler organic farm. The restaurant will be serving a variety of buffet evenings centred on this royal vegetable. Dishes include asparagus cream soup, asparagus salad, and classical German-style asparagus and schnitzel served with sauce hollandaise.
