The Chardonnay restaurant chefs personally harvest the ingredients for their popular wild herb salad, the pike-perch comes from Germany's Lake Müritz, and the beef from Pomerania. Good food is best with good wine. The wine list includes a wide variety of products from Europe's best vineyards, ranging from Italy's Friuli region to Bordeaux, France.
