Mobility is movement – and movement means change. Our mission in today's world goes beyond anticipating social, political, ecological or technical developments and reacting accordingly. We are also tasked with actively shaping these developments. Our job is to rethink the future of mobility.

Electrification, digitalization, automation – mastering these important challenges involves identifying tasks, finding solutions and developing strategies. A project of this magnitude can only succeed in the framework of a joint dialogue.

This means that expert teams at Volkswagen work together on future-oriented developments across all fields of mobility. Since progress is derived from the current and forthcoming needs of society, a dialogue between the Volkswagen Group and the public provides fertile ground for securing the future of mobility.

The exhibition series „New Mobility – New Thinking” highlights different forms of mobility that offer insights into the latest technical developments. Innovations in the fields of e-mobility, autonomous driving and digitalization will be presented in interactive experiences. Additional venues offer exhibition guests and industry specialists opportunities to share and discuss questions and answers.

EXPERIENCE, the current exhibition, focuses on forthcoming changes in user habits. The act of driving a car is becoming secondary to the actual mobility experience. Design, convenience and operation are gaining importance while autonomous systems create unprecedented freedom. Digital interfaces simplify interaction, as new safety and drive systems underscore progressive, ecological standards.

Vehicle users can look forward to a wide range of opportunities to perceive mobility as an experience. By creating images of the future, visions become reality.
