DrivingSchool and children's driving licence

Throughout the year, children from age five to eleven can have fun practicing traffic safety skills in an interactive simulator. After they complete the required training, they can go to the outdoor driver training course from April to October. This is where they practice their skills in a mini Beetle or Porsche before taking the "test" to earn their very own children's driving licence. Developed by the German Road Safety Association, the course is designed to simulate real traffic situations. Once the route through the virtual city starts, children are required to deal with various traffic situations, e.g. the zebra crossing, bike and pedestrian paths, traffic flow and traffic lights; these can be influenced by accelerating, braking and steering. When the tour has come to an end, the drivers can view their results on the screen.

Would you like to put into practice what you had learned? The Children’s Drivers License can be done outdoors during the summer months.
