Chardonnay
Daniel Kluge, who has been resident chef for eleven years, conjures up international cuisine using only the finest regional ingredients.
The variety of wines offered at the Chardonnay will delight connoisseurs coming as they do from regions as varied as those of the Friaul in Italy or the French Bordeaux. A separate balcony room, which can accommodate up to 16 people, caters for business lunches of candlelight dinners.
